Description


The subject "Skills for Management and Leadership" is designed to equip students with the necessary skills to lead teams effectively and responsibly in a constantly changing business environment. Through self-awareness, personal brand development, and learning skills such as communication, conflict management, and decision-making, students will explore the different facets of leadership. In addition, students will practice these skills through individual and group dynamics, role-playing and other practical exercises. This subject also addresses the management of personality diversity, team motivation, creativity and innovation, as well as ethics in decision-making. At the end of the course, participants will be prepared to exercise leadership adapted to the demands of the digital age, with a responsible approach and a solid professional network.

Evaluation system


  • ASSISTANCE (10%): As it is a very practical subject, the student's attendance in class will be taken into account.
  • FOLLOW-UP ACTIVITIES (10%): Includes class activities and the delivery or presentation of proposed activities during the course.
  • TEAMWORK (10%): Teamwork competence is assessed at different times during the course, both inside and outside the classroom.
  • ORAL PARTICIPATION IN CLASS (10%): Oral communication skills are assessed in the classroom.
  • PROJECT (30%). The project must be approved to count for the remainder of the assessment. The final project must be approved to count for the rest of the assessment.
  • FINAL EXAMINATION (30%): The exam will be a practical case where students will have to develop all the concepts acquired and practiced throughout the course. There will be no theoretical questions. The final exam must be passed to count for the rest of the assessment. In the event of a retake, the notes of the activities will be kept and only the exam will have to be retaken. If the student has not presented himself in the first call, he will not be able to present himself in the recovery.
