The subject "New trends. Leading with Emotional Intelligence" is designed to develop practical skills that will allow you to apply emotional intelligence in your leadership and team management.

The course focuses on fundamental concepts of emotional intelligence and its relevance in the organizational field. We will learn how to use emotional intelligence to improve our self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, motivation and our social skills. These skills are key to creating a positive work environment, managing conflicts, and leading teams effectively.

We will also look at what coaching is and practice with its main tools so that you can connect with the needs of your colleagues and work teams.

This is a very practical and experiential subject. Each session is designed to be interactive, with exercises in which we will not only understand the theoretical concepts, but apply them in real situations. We will work on group dynamics, self-awareness and self-regulation exercises, and leadership simulations to experience how emotional intelligence is applied in everyday life.

By the end of the course, we will not only have a better understanding of our own emotions and those of others, but we will also have developed key skills for effective leadership.
