6. 1 ANALYSIS OF CURRENT ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATIONS APPLIED TO THE COMPANY.
The business law subject is 6 ECTS credits and its final assessment is carried out in the third term.
It consists of two parts: LABOR and COMMERCIAL.
PARTS OF THE CONTINUOUS ASSESSMENT:
60% of the grade will be obtained from the exam which will consist of multiple choice questions/short open questions with a minimum score of 5 out of 10 to pass this part.
40% of the grade will be obtained from the completion of practical cases, questionnaires, and work always carried out in a work team. This practical part will be carried out during the term through seminars with mandatory face-to-face attendance.
RECOVERY EXAM:
60% Minimum grade for the retake exam must be 5 out of 10.
If you fail the subject and use the retake call, you will only be able to retake the parts corresponding to the final exam; the practical part of the seminars cannot be retaken.
A student who has not applied for the first call CANNOT apply for recovery.
Any form of academic fraud will be sanctioned in accordance with the center's assessment regulations. If signs of fraud are detected, including the improper use of generative artificial intelligence tools, the subject's teaching staff may call the student for an individual interview with the aim of verifying their authorship.
