CB1. That students have demonstrated knowledge and understanding in a field of study that is based on general secondary education, and is usually found at a level that, while supported by advanced textbooks, also includes some aspects. involving knowledge from the forefront of their field of study.

The classroom (physical or virtual) is a safe space, free of sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic and discriminatory attitudes, either towards students or towards teachers. Topic 1: Historical evolution of transport
Topic 2. Globalization and Factors Affecting Transport and Tourism
Topic 3: Factors for choosing a means of transport: Real travel time, price, comfort, autonomy, security (of the companies themselves in the face of terrorist attacks, among others), geographical limits, environmental impact. Analysis of the weaknesses and strengths of the different means of transport.
Topic 4. Travel and Tourism. Types of Tourism: The relationship between different types of tourism and transport is analyzed
Topic 5. Destination Development and Mass Tourism: Study the limitations of heavily visited sites for tourism development and transportation constraints to reduce damage to sites from this type of tourism.
Topic 6. Road transport: Analysis of the coach and automobile sector. Technological innovations (safety of vehicles and tunnels, buses, autonomous vehicles). Sustainable mobility (alternative fuels)
Topic 7. Traffic Congestion: social and economic effects
Topic 8. The Railway: Analysis of the problems of the infrastructures and the road network. Technological innovations (high speed and levitating magnetic trains). Liberalization process and free competition. Competition with air transport. Tourist trains

Topic 10. Water Transport 2: Some concepts, Cruise Regulations, Personnel on a cruise (crew) and some consumption figures on board.
Topic 11: The Cruise Industry in Panama: Base ports and ports of call. Tourism revenues from the Panama Canal and Tourism
Topic 12. Commercial aviation 1: International organizations (IATA, ICAO) and their agreements or conventions (Warsaw, Chicago, Montreal, freedoms of the air). Airplanes (Subsonic and supersonic). Alternative fuels. Processes of liberalization and business concentration (the case of Iberia). The phenomenon of Low Cost
Topic 13..Commercial aviation 2: Air infrastructures. Characteristics of airports. Main Spanish airports under public management (AENA). Collapse of airports. Analysis of world airports and tourist traffic. The main bodies that regulate the Air Transport of passengers and their functions.
Topic 14.- Externalities of tourist transport. Environmental effects. The contribution of tourist transport to climate change and emission mitigation policies
