The subject of physical activities in fitness rooms aims to train the professional in the knowledge of methods, techniques, activities and new trends in the field of fitness.
This subject provides the knowledge to be able to design, plan and energize physical activity sessions in the fitness room, both directed activities with and without musical support and personal training for each person depending on the objective and type of 'activity.
This subject seeks to introduce the gender perspective in its content and development. In addition, the goals are aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations 2030 Agenda.
The classroom (physical or virtual) is a safe space, free of sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic and discriminatory attitudes, either towards students or towards teachers. We trust that together we can create a safe space where we can make mistakes and learn without having to suffer prejudice from others.
The use of AI in this subject is regulated in the learning plan.
Qualification system (Royal Decree 1125/2003, of 5 September, which establishes the European credit system and the system of qualifications in university degrees of an official nature and valid throughout the state):
0 - 4,9: Suspension (SS)
5,0 - 6,9: Approved (AP)
7,0 - 8,9: Notable (NT)
9,0 - 10: Excellent (SB)
The student's final grade is the result of a continuous assessment and a final assessment. The subject is passed with a grade equal to or greater than 5 points (out of 10 points) according to the following weighting table.

The final exam will include the theoretical and practical content that has been taught during the course, both in the theoretical and practical classes and will be carried out at the end of the subject, during the evaluation period of the quarter in which it is taught and / or during the period recovery
Group assignments and exams are not recoverable., having to be passed on the date assigned for this, and which will be presented during the first week of the beginning of the subject.
REQUIREMENTS TO PASS THE CONTINUOUS EVALUATION:
Mandatory minimum completion of 70% of the sessions. Absences due to illness or injury will already be included in this range of permitted absences.
Delivery in Moodle of the individual/group assignments within the date indicated for this. The rating must be equal to or higher than 5 out of 10 possible points in all activities.
IMPORTANT: If the continuous assessment is not passed due to non-compliance with the requirements for this previously described, the student will suspend the subject and will have to recover those parts that have not passed the criteria previously indicated.
In the event of copying, plagiarism or illegitimate use of generative artificial intelligence in any assessment activity, it will be governed by the Assessment Regulations for Bachelor's and Master's courses of the TecnoCampus University Center.
Recovery
Within the same course, there is the possibility of recovering skills not achieved during the course. In accordance with current regulations, you can only opt for recovery, if the exam has been suspended. If the qualification is Not presented, you will not be able to opt for recovery. Therefore, the exam will be recovered through another exam on a specific date indicated by the teacher.
It will also be possible to recover individual work, through another work indicated by the teacher, according to the format and on the date indicated by the teacher.
