The use of Spanish allows the participation and mobility of foreign students in the area of ​​People and Talent Management within the Master's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain and Maritime Business.

There will be material and bibliography in English, so a minimum knowledge of the language will be required.

  • CB7. That students know how to apply the knowledge acquired and their ability to solve problems in new or little-known environments within broader (or multidisciplinary) contexts related to their area of ​​study.

Specific skills
  • CE1. Show critical distance autonomy in issues or issues related to the maritime business, logistics and supply chain and in the application of innovative ideas in these areas.

  • CE4. Strategically manage business innovation processes in the supply chain and the maritime business, from diagnosis to application, being able to align resources, capabilities and skills to implement them

  • CE8. Analyze and diagnose different problems that arise along all nodes of the maritime business and, with the support of management tools, design and implement efficient solutions.

We live in a world in constant change, where risk and uncertainty complicate the management of our teams. We need innovative profiles who are capable of addressing a decision-making process that guarantees the sustainability of business models as well as a cultural transformation of great relevance to be able to address the digital transformation of our business models.

Activities and evaluation system


It will consist of continuous evaluation:

10%: Class participation.

40%: Work and oral presentations in teams.

50%: final exam.

 

To be able to carry out this weighting system, it will be essential to have passed the final exam with a minimum grade of 5, otherwise the student will have to take the retake exam.

During the recovery period, you will only have the option to retake the final exam: Final exam: 50%

Students who have not taken the final exam in the regular session will not be able to take the retake exam.
