Topic 2nd. Dr. David Cañabate- Bulk Goods

Analysis of the forms of transport of bulk goods and types of bulk cargo ships. Problems related to the transport of bulk goods during loading, unloading and transport of the same - operability and casuistics Current legislation for the transport of bulk goods.

Topic 3. Dr. David Cañabate: Actors in Contractual Relations in Maritime Transport.

Analysis of the parties involved in the maritime transport chain. Problems that arise due to the contractual relationships between them.

Topic 4: Dr. David Cañabate: Chartering policies

Vocabulary specific to maritime transport. Analysis of the types of charter policies, main obligations and rights. Transition from time charter to price per ton.
