CE4. Strategically manage business innovation processes in the supply chain and the maritime business, from diagnosis to application, being able to align resources, capabilities and skills to implement them
CE5. Design and implement logistics systems, assessing the different possible alternatives, technical and resource constraints and taking into account the coordinated direction and management along the supply chain.
CE6. Evaluate the performance of the entire logistics system, taking into account the fulfillment / non-fulfillment of the objectives of quality, cost and service planned to detect and prioritize areas for improvement.
CE7. Manage (plan, schedule and control) the flow of materials and information (supply chain flow) through the coordinated direction and management of the areas of purchasing, production and physical distribution of the company.
CE8. Analyze and diagnose different problems that arise along all nodes of the maritime business and, with the support of management tools, design and implement efficient solutions.
CE10. Manage maritime business projects by adopting innovative and creative ideas and respecting the environment
CE9. Develop the ability to lead the continuous improvement approach in all areas of logistics and port management and contribute to the motivation and awareness of all personnel in the organization.
CT1. Show willingness to learn about new cultures, experiment with new methodologies and encourage international exchange in the context of logistics, supply chain and maritime business.
CT2. Demonstrate entrepreneurial leadership and leadership skills that build personal confidence and reduce risk aversion.
CT3. Develop tasks applying the acquired knowledge with flexibility and creativity and adapting them to new contexts and situations.
The Master's Final Project must be an original and personal contribution based on the knowledge of its author, the contributions, suggestions and comments of its supervisor and tutor, the data analysis, and the bibliographical references analyzed on the existing previous literature. Likewise, with the TFM it must demonstrate the development of all the general and specific competencies of the master's degree.
The Master's degree offers students the possibility of choosing between two work modalities:

Proposal of an original research topic, with the development of empirical work using sources of statistical or documentary information, ad hoc survey, ad hoc experiment, comparative study, etc. A project based on a systematic review of the literature was also considered. |
d. In the case of developing a scientific project of systematic review of the literature, the work must follow the following structure:
Shared Master's Thesis: Master's Thesis shared by two or three students must have a scope equal to two or three individual papers, correspondingly. In the case of scientific and intervention projects, they must contain a broader fieldwork. In the case of new business creation projects, they must analyze one or two sections in more depth.
As specified in the Regulations, the work will be evaluated by the tutor and the final jury.
Table 2 is presented below, which sets out the elements under evaluation in each case and the weightings.

The final grade for the TFM will be between 0 and 10 points. The minimum grade to pass is 5 points. In order to pass, no individual grade of the evaluation elements may be lower than 4.
Languages
The TFM will be written and defended in Spanish or English. If written in Spanish, part of the report and presentation must be in English (at least the initial summary and conclusions).
