Presentation of the subject

The subject puts the student in contact with basic legal notions, as well as with legal terminology in the field of commercial and labor law.
Apply commercial legislation in the practical cases found in economic reality. Observe law as a social instrument that limits relationships and
legal business of a labor nature.

 The classroom (physical or virtual) is a safe space, free of sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic and discriminatory attitudes, either towards the students or towards the teachers. We trust that we can all create a safe space where we can make mistakes and learn without having to suffer the prejudices of others.

Activities and evaluation system

It will consist of continuous evaluation, with the following percentages:

10% of the grade for attendance and attitude in class. Failure to attend 20% of classes will result in the loss of that 10%.

30% Work and oral presentation of the different cases that can be studied throughout the course. Is all exercises must be presented if we want to have the right to have this 30% applied to us and reach a 5 in the average grade of the exercises that the student has had to develop. Keep in mind that the subject will have five seminars, each one will be worth at least 5% of this continuous evaluation and attendance at them is mandatory.

60% of the grade will be obtained from the final exam of the term. It is necessary to obtain a minimum grade of 5 out of 10 so that it averages with the other continuous evaluation grades of the term.

The teacher's appreciation of the student's progress throughout the course, allowing to modify some factor or lean to one side in case of doubt.

To be able to carry out this weighting, it will be necessary to pass the final exam with a minimum grade of 5; otherwise, you need to go directly to recovery. You will also need to get a 5 in the continuous evaluation to be able to average.

RECOVERY EXAMINATION if the subject is suspended, only the parts corresponding to the final exams (60%) can be recovered, the grade of the activities developed during the course will be kept. Minimum grade for the recovery test will be 5 out of 10.


A student who has not appeared in the first call CANNOT appear in recovery.

Any form of academic fraud will be sanctioned according to the center's evaluation regulations. In the event that signs of fraud are detected, including the improper use of artificial generative intelligence tools, the teaching staff of the subject may summon the student to an individual interview with the objective of verifying his authorship.
