The personal work of the student linked to the realization of the TFG is the corresponding one to 25 hours by ECTS (500 hours with a TFG of 20 ECTS).

The TFG is an individual work without prejudice to the fact that it can be an independent part of a work developed jointly between students of the same or different degrees. In any case, the evaluation of the TFG is individual.

Learning outcomes

LO1 Application of the knowledge, processes and techniques learned during the degree to the ideation, planning, development and possible commercialization of an audiovisual or multimedia piece.

As complementary results, the student must be able to:

RAC1 Analyze the problem, the study of antecedents and references, theoretical framework, design and implementation of an audiovisual project according to specifications

RAC2 Evaluate the different possibilities of project resolution, analyzing the interest and viability and know how to apply the most appropriate

RAC3 Understand and apply the techniques of planning, execution and documentation of the different phases of a project with a realistic budget

RAC4 Prepare a project report that includes: problems to be solved, objectives, background and references, theoretical framework, methodology and phases of the project, project development or analysis of results, conclusions, bibliographic references and future lines of work, and economic study

RAC5 Carry out a control and follow-up in installments

Working methodology

The student will carry out the TFG, in general, under the direction of a teacher of the School. If applicable, the TFG may be co-directed by teachers or graduates from outside the School. The principal will guide and support the student with a system of personal interviews as established in the TFG regulations.

The student will have to devote a time corresponding to 20 ECTS (500 hours of dedication) to the completion of the work. This time will have to be distributed for the realization of the applied part in the works of applied type and the realization of the memory in all types of works. The different TFG assessment documents and rubrics recognize a different distribution for each modality, according to the elaboration, in their case, of an applied part.

The student will have to write a documentation on the TFG realized. A court will evaluate the project and propose a rating, within the planned evaluation system (see Evaluation System).

The Final Thesis is regulated by its own regulations, available on the School's website, which must be followed in detail. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in the final thesis being suspended.

However, at the beginning of the work period, the person responsible for the Degree Thesis of the degree will conveniently inform of other documents, rubrics or regulations that may affect the Degree Thesis.
