A new edition of TEX & TECH by Reimagine Textile, the innovation day for the textile sector in Catalonia, will take place in Mataró on October 18, 2023. This event, co-organized by Mataró City Council, TecnoCampus and Eurecat , offers a unique opportunity to explore the impact of generative artificial intelligence on the textile industry and discover emerging trends at the hands of 15 startup finalists for the Reimagine Textile awards, which will be presented during the same day.

 

The event will bring together experts and leading companies in this sector, unveil the opportunities of generative AI and host the presentation of the Reimagine Textile Awards 2023. Details of the event are as follows: 

Date: October 18. Time: 16:00 to 19:00 h. Place: TecnoCampus Congress Center. 

Program: 

  • Inaugural conference: "The opportunities of AI in the textile industry", by Asier Arranz and Xavier Mitjana, AI experts and disseminators. Business Cases: Neural Fashion by RAONA, a real case of generative AI in the fashion sector.
  • Presentation of the Reimagine Textile 2023 Awards: this ceremony will reward the most innovative projects in categories such as Sustainability, Digital Business Model and Functional Textile. The three winners will finally compete for the Innovation Plus prize. 
  • Catering-Networking: the event will close with a networking session, accompanied by a technological showroom with Neuronal Fashion by RAONA and 3D printing by ThinkIn 3D  

 TEX & TECH by Reimagine Textile 2023 is co-financed by the Diputació de Barcelona and sponsored by Farside, Bobo Choses and Neuronal Fashion by Raona.
