The documentary short film Mi tío, directed by Andrea Fernández, associate professor in the Degree in Audiovisual Media at TecnoCampus, will premiere at the Alcances Documentary Film Festival, which will be held in Cádiz from October 27 to 3.

The competition, which has been held for over fifty years, is considered one of the leading events in the documentary field in Spain. Nuria Blázquez Mir and Mariona López, students and now alumni of the degree, participated in the production. 


 

The two students worked in the camera and lighting department, contributing their technical knowledge and practical experience to a professional project. 

According to Andrea Fernández, "this premiere is a unique opportunity to give visibility to a very personal work and, at the same time, highlights the collaboration between teachers and students in creative projects." 

The selection at the festival represents recognition of both the talent of the teaching staff and the commitment of the students at TecnoCampus, strengthening the link between the University and the audiovisual industry.
