What are you looking for?
Next Saturday, February 5, will be held at the TecnoCampus, the 1ª Day of art therapy and cancer. The day is organized by the School of Health Sciences (ESCS), the City of Mataró and three non-profit organizations: Metaphor (center of art therapy studies), Maresme Oncology and ATE (Spanish association of art therapy).
The aim of this session is to make cancer patients, their families and healthcare staff aware of the possibilities of art therapy as a psychological treatment option. In addition to a presentation of art therapy and various workshops, the event will be attended by Dra. Michèle Wood, specialist in the subject and co-founder of the British Foundation "The Creative Response".
