A team of students from the double degree in Tourism and Leisure Management and Business Administration and Innovation Management at the TecnoCampus has been placed among the finalists of a statewide competition integrated into the Smart People program of the Hotusa Group. Talent Match is a competition, a laboratory of ideas and a space for innovation.

The challenge overcome by students Emma Comas Vidal, Jordi Pérez i Esclarin, Andrea Reche Pérez, Maria Salvaña Grajera and Enric Tafalla Izuel to access the final was to design a new concept or innovative service that the hotel could offer to its customers. In addition, the proposal had to consider one of these areas: sustainable tourism, destination experiences, health/wellness tourism or new business trends.

Facing this real challenge has allowed the students to put into practice the academic knowledge gained and their entrepreneurial and innovative skills. Now the finalist team, which has already passed a previous phase, will participate in a workshop that will take place between April and May.

The event will take place over a weekend with workshops taught by experts that will allow students to complete their projects. The work sessions will conclude with a final presentation by all the groups and the announcement of the winning team.
