Two Nursing graduates from the TecnoCampus have stood out, thanks to the presentation of an innovative scientific poster, at the prestigious XXVIII International Care Research Meeting (INVESTEN), held last November at the Universitat Jaume I in Castelló.

The work, entitled "Active and healthy aging in the Maresme elderly. Observational study", by nurses Maria Velazquez Garcia and Chantal Lovaina Rubio highlights the results of a research they have carried out together with the Chair of Aging and Quality of Life at the TecnoCampus.

This study analyzes data from elderly people in the Maresme region, delving deeper into their life expectations and the variables that contribute to active and healthy ageing. This initiative underlines the importance of understanding and promoting practices that improve the quality of life of the elderly and positions the researchers and the TecnoCampus as benchmarks in the field of healthy ageing.
