The next 23 on February the Escola Universitària del Maresme (EUM) is organizing, together with the Escola d'Administració Pública de Catalunya (EAPC), a training day on local tourism planning.

The day will have a framework conference by Mr. William Carnes, where he will present the strategic tourism plan of the city of Barcelona.

Then there will be two round tables, one on "Tourist destinations: legal frameworks and development" and another that will deal with popular festivals as an instrument of leisure and tourist attraction.
