Last Wednesday, March 9, the director of the Polytechnic, Marcos Faúndez; the coordinator of ICT studies, Josep Roure and the student Carlos Torres visited the Parkinson's Patients Association of the Mataró Hospital Foundation to start a process of acquiring writing samples of Parkinson's patients. The aim is to help advance knowledge and support the diagnosis of this disease through writing, a project carried out by the consolidated research group in Signal Processing of the EUPMMt.

This is a pioneering project that has received very good acceptance by the doctors consulted.
