On January 8, the football World Cup that won the Spanish team the last World Cup in South Africa was at the TecnoCampus, available to people who want to see it first hand.

The cup was available to the public in the Foyer of the Tecnocampus Congress Center throughout the morning, where in the early hours it was hosted by the Mayor of Mataró, Joan Antoni Baron, and the President of the Catalan Federation of Football, Jordi Casals.

The Cup was designed in 1974 and is inspired by two human figures holding the planet Earth. The trophy is 36,8 cm high and is made of 5 kg of 18 carat solid gold.
