Professor Jordi Ojeda participates in the first Fablabs Ibero-American meeting, organized by the FabLaT and IberoFAB networks, with the slogan of "circular community", which represents an impetus for the creation of different networks at national and international level.

The first Fablabs Ibero-American meeting, organized by the FabLaT and IberoFAB networks, with the motto "circular community".

The aim of the conference has been for the different FabLabs in the Ibero-American area to come together to publicize the different initiatives that are being carried out from their communities in relation to the circular economy and to generate knowledge on this subject, with the possibility of following the talks in person or virtually. Jordi Ojeda, professor in the Department of Technology, representing the FabLab TecnoCampus, participated on the first day in the round table "IberoFab: opportunities and synergies". He also participated on the second day in the first meeting of university FabLabs, held at the headquarters of the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria in Pozuelo de Alarcón.

On the third day of the meeting, a joint meeting was held between the IberoFab network and the FabLat network, which, in this case, had organized their face-to-face meeting at the Fablab of the Universidad de las Américas, in the city of Quito in Ecuador. As a result of these actions, work is being done to create a national level network of fablabs, as well as a specific network of university fablabs, which can be related to the Latin American network at the same time.
