On October 25th and 26th, the TecnoChallenge 2025, a weekend dedicated to solving challenges posed by the TecnoCampus entrepreneurial community. In the eleventh edition, the objective was to develop students' entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial skills, strengthen the business-university link and find innovative solutions to various challenges.
The challenge corresponding to the TecnoCampus Student Entrepreneurs and Talent Commission was focused on strengthening connections between students to promote networking, active participation and their sense of belonging. The challenges of the company NexTReT consisted of a solution to make it easier for anyone, without technical knowledge, to access and consult reliable and useful public information using natural language. Finally, the challenge of the Chair of Aging and Quality of Life focused on the participation of elderly people in situations of unwanted loneliness in activities and networks that promote their social, emotional and community connection, promoting their quality of life and healthy aging.
To solve them, the TecnoChallenge brought together 70 students from fifteen undergraduate and master's degrees from the four departments of the TecnoCampus university center. In a previous session, which took place on October 18, fourteen interdisciplinary teams were formed, their members met for the first time and were able to choose together the challenge they would develop during the event.
On the weekend of October 25 and 26, the teams met again and worked on their solutions following the Design Thinking methodology, to present them at the end of Sunday with a video, a Google Sites and a pitch, before the juries of each challenge.

In addition, three more awards were presented: one for the TecnoChallenger, awarded to José Torres' student, from the Master's in Entrepreneurship and Innovation; one for the TecnoChallenger, received by Natalia Gómez, a Nursing student: and to the E. Data team, which stood out for the commitment to sustainability of its members: Francesca Cisterna (Marketing and Digital Communities), Martí Jiménez (Double AdE and Marketing), Alex Romanov (Video Games), Marta Ruiz (Physiotherapy) and Marc Solé (Double AdE and Tourism).
The day was facilitated by teacher and expert Ana Rodera, alongside Narciso Ruiz and Borja Fernández, from Innovació Col·lectiva. Professors from the four departments joined as teaching mentors and members of the jury.
There was also a special session on EcoCanvas and how to generate sustainable value, with Maria Armiñana, coordinator of the Chair of Circular Economy and Sustainability, thanks to the support of the European Sustain for Future program.
