The Talent Forums for health degrees: a meeting place with the professional world

June 17, 2026

During the month of May, the Talent Forums for the degrees in Nursing, Physical Activity and Sports Sciences and Physiotherapy of the TecnoCampus were held. These conferences are designed to bring students closer to professional reality and create meeting spaces with entities and organizations in the sector.

The Talent Forums for health degrees, a meeting space with the professional world

The Talent Forum has a very clear objective: to help students connect their educational stage with their professional future. Beyond an informative activity, these days are intended as a meeting place between students, the University, professional associations, continuing education and institutions in the sector. A space designed so that students can look beyond the end of their degree and begin to position their next professional step with more perspective.

Throughout the different sessions, the students of the last years have had the opportunity to learn first-hand about different areas of professional practice, talk to active professionals and make a first contact with possible job and training opportunities. Health centers, companies and organizations from the sports, health and social worlds have participated and have shared experiences, projects and ways of working.

This direct exchange has allowed for enriching conversations and closer expectations between students and the professional environment. Participants have highlighted the value of these closer and more informal spaces, which make it easier to ask questions, listen and begin to imagine one's own professional future with greater perspective.

With this initiative, the TecnoCampus Health Department reinforces its desire to accompany students in the transition to the professional world, offering training connected to the reality of the sector, the needs of the territory and opportunities for professional development throughout life.

Looking ahead to the next academic year, it is planned to expand this initiative with the Talent Forum of the degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, giving continuity to this line of work.
