Last Tuesday, February 15, the presentation of the University Entrepreneurship Network.

The University of Barcelona is part of it (UB); the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB); the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC); Pompeu Fabra University (UPF); the Open University of Catalonia (UOC); Rovira i Virgili University (URV); the University of Girona (UdG); the University of Lleida (UDL); the University of Vic (UVic); the Escola Universitària del Maresme, the Escola Superior de Ciències de la Salut and the Escola Universitària Politècnica de Mataró (grouped in the Fundació Tecnocampus Mataró-Maresme, and attached to the UPF and the UPC respectively).

The Network has four strategic lines (motivating and encouraging the entrepreneurial spirit, supporting innovative ideas, promoting the consolidation of business initiatives and generating knowledge), from which five blocks of activities will be developed: Workshops and seminars, Online activities, a Summer Campus, a Forum and research and dissemination publications.

On behalf of TCMM, the director of the EUPM and the directors of the EUM and the ESCS attended, as well as Professor Julián Horrillo, who was in charge, together with Professor Màrian Buil, of managing the entry of the Technocampus in the network. The fact that the Tecnocampus Foundation is the only one that participates with its own entity and differentiated from the Universities, has been possible thanks to the recognition of the Department of Business and Employment for the work of promoting entrepreneurship and innovation among students. over the last few years and, significantly, for what the university and business project of the Tecnocampus Science and Innovation Park means for the future.
