HUB4T has won second place in the NGO or association category, standing out for its commitment and dedication to training and empowering the next generations of digital talent. This award recognizes the success of having trained 428 talents in deep tech between January 2023 and June 2024.
The prizes "Trainers of the Year 2024"are an initiative led by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), within a pioneering program in the European Union designed to train a million people in deep tech technologies in the next three years. These technologies, which combine science and engineering in the physical, biological and digital domains, are key to facing global challenges such as the green and digital transition.
The community EIT Deep Tech Talent, of which TecnoCampus has been a member since 2023, has more than 380 companies, universities and public institutions that collaborate to promote digital talent in Europe. In this context, the HUB4T has specialized in technological programs like Cybersecurity, FrontEnd Web Developer, Java BackEnd Web Developer and Cloud Deployer, actively contributing to train highly qualified professionals in a constantly evolving digital world.
The "Trainers of the Year 2024" awards include categories such as University, Company, Public Institutions, NGOs or Associations and Startups. The aim is to value involvement in training and the effort to train future generations in deep tech, responding to the growing need for specialized talent in Europe. Together with TecnoCampus, the company INTEL, the Kyiv Academic University, the University of Sarajevo, Commercialization Reactor and Generation, among others, have been awarded.
The award ceremony was held in Warsaw (Poland), during the congress Deep Tech Talent Skills Day 2024. The head of the HUB4T training center, Luz Fernandez, collected the award from Natalie Cernecka, director of the initiative EIT Deep Tech Talent Initiative.
