Esther Cabrera, professor and director of the Chair of Aging and Quality of Life at TecnoCampus, gave the inaugural conference of the XIII Conference of the College of Dietitians-Nutritionists of Catalonia (CoDiNuCat) and the III SEDYN Conference, held on November 21 and 22, 2025 in Lleida.

With the presentation “Towards a long-lived society: integrated care at the service of health and life”, Cabrera analyzed the challenges of an increasingly long-lived society and highlighted the need to implement integrated, preventive and person-centered care models.

He also highlighted the role of the new Integrated Care Agency of Catalonia, aimed at strengthening coordination between the health and social sectors and improving continuity of care. The conference focused on three pillars for healthy aging —nutrition, physical activity and social relationships— and on the importance of interdisciplinary work.

Professor Cabrera's participation reinforces TecnoCampus' commitment to research, innovation and knowledge transfer in the field of aging, chronicity and advanced models of care.
