 EUM professor Dolors Celma attended the VIII International Workshop on Human Resource Management held at the Pablo Olavide University of Seville on 12 and 13 May 2011, in which she presented the paper “Firm's responsiveness towards responsible management of human resources. An empirical analysis ”.

The International Workshop on Human Resource Management (http://www.upo.es/iworkshophrm/) is held every two years and is one of the most important conferences in Spain in the field of Human Resource Management and at which they are attended by renowned specialist researchers from around the world. This edition has had, among others, the contributions of John Delery of the University of Arkansas (USA) and Paul Boselie of the University of Tilburg (Netherlands).
