More than 100 people participate in the first edition of the day "Get closer to research and innovation"

Under the motto "Get closer to Research and Innovation", the TecnoCampus Mataró-Maresme Foundation, with the collaboration of the Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology of the Ministry of Science and Innovation, organized a conference last year on June 9 in the afternoon, which aimed to spread the research, technology and innovation that takes place in the institution.

The day began in the Auditorium with the presentation, by Elisa Sayrol, academic director of the TecnoCampus, of the park's innovation ecosystem and the main research groups and lines. Later, the visitors had the opportunity to take a guided tour of the different buildings and unique equipment of TecnoCampus: audiovisual laboratories, engineering laboratories, Reimagine Textile, Incubator, Antena Tren Lab, Center for Simulation and Innovation in Health, High Performance Laboratory and Health and ThinkIn3D.

The event ended in the TecnoCampus square with an aperitif and various fun and family activities, such as the "TecnoGirl" Women and Technology exhibition provided by the Maresme Libraries, a lego and robotics workshop for children, taught by the EDUKEM- NOS, an XNERGIC robotics workshop or an information stand on healthy campus initiatives.
