El issue 9 of the Journal of Sound, Silence, Image and Technology (JoSSIT), edited by the TecnoCampus research group Sound, Silence, Image and Technology (SSIT), is dedicated to “interconnected creativity: making music in the era of social networks”, edited by Juan Bermúdez (Kunstuniversität Graz, Austria). 

The issue addresses the various ways in which music manifests itself in different contexts, with special attention to social networks and multimedia environments, conceived as spaces conducive to the development of the interconnected creativity of music producers and productions and their audiences.
