Since last Tuesday, January 11, the TecnoCampus has had Josep Maria Polo as Strategic People Management. Professional with a long experience in this area, will support General Management and Human Resources from the strategic side of people and its functions are:
- Professional development of people
- Promotion of internal communication that promotes a common culture of TCM
- Structuring the future TCM collective labor agreement
- Design of a Corporate Social Responsibility policy
- Design of a policy of activities and social benefits
His working day will be Tuesday and Thursday from 09 am to 30 pm, 13th floor TCM30. We welcome you to the Tecnocampus.
