On Tuesday 25 February, the Barcelona Provincial Council hosted a meeting with the councillors of the Punts Locals Reempresa of the province of Barcelona, ​​with the aim of taking stock of the results obtained in recent years of collaboration, sharing experiences and setting objectives to boost the business purchase and sale market in the province of Barcelona. Sergi Morales participated on behalf of TecnoCampus, which is part of the programme through TecnoCampus.

Reempresa and the Barcelona Provincial Council have been collaborating for 13 years, promoting the transfer of companies in the province of Barcelona. A collaboration that has allowed the continuity of more than 2.400 companies, generating induced investment of more than 117,7 million euros and safeguarding more than 6.057 jobs.

The renewal of the collaboration until 2027 will help avoid the loss of thousands of jobs, since in the next 10 years more than 95.000 self-employed people will retire in Catalonia. Reempresa is a fundamental tool to strengthen the business fabric and ensure the continuity of many companies in our territory."
