And he decides to award a first SECOND prize, for its journalistic value, of € 12 to the following photograph: “ZOCO”, by MARÍA MARTIN SISTAC

And a second runner-up, for its value of opportunity, of € 12 in the following photograph: “A FLOWER, A SMILE”, by ARIANNA MARTI RIUS.
