With a showcooking workshop focused on sauces, the chef and gastronomic director of Sensacions Gastronomy & Emotions in Sant Cugat del Vallès, Joan Biel Garcia, has entered the TecnoCampus Gastronomic Laboratory to offer a unique culinary experience.

With an outstanding career in the world of gastronomy, Joan Biel is recognized for his passion for avant-garde cuisine and for his ability to elevate flavors through innovative techniques and top-quality products. 

From Sensacions Gastronomy & Emotions, he has created a space where cooking becomes a multisensory experience, fusing emotion and culinary excellence. His project aims to unite gastronomy and emotions in the same meal, transforming any event into a memorable experience. 

The second-year students of the Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics enjoyed a cooking show where creativity, technique and flavor were the main protagonists.
