On April 21, and for the second consecutive year, Sensacions Gastronomy & Emotions in Sant Cugat del Vallès offered second-year students of the Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics a showcooking workshop where sauces were the protagonists.
With the help of chef Joan Biel Garcia, the students were able to enjoy a different culinary experience, acquiring new knowledge and seeing for themselves the potential that sauces can give to any dish.
Once again, Biel has demonstrated his passion for avant-garde cuisine and how the excellence of different meals can be achieved when high-quality products and diverse, innovative and pioneering techniques are combined.
Thanks to their collaboration and the facilities of the TecnoCampus Gastronomic Laboratory, students have been able to enjoy a different cooking workshop where they can apply the knowledge acquired in their professional future as dietitians-nutritionists.
