As a result of the experience, he intends to start a new company in the field of engineering

Ricard Martí, a student of Telematics at EUPM, has participated in the second edition of program I.innovative Engineering Coaching, a training course for recent graduates or undergraduates in Engineering that took place from 12 to 15 July at the UAB. In 4 days, the participants were able to live first hand an experience of learning and personal and professional development within the framework of a high performance team: “It has been an unforgettable experience where I have met people with values and a incredible potential, ”says Ricard.

The participants, organized in teams, had the challenge of defining an innovative product or service that is attractive to the market and, therefore, that could be marketed. Each team was accompanied by a coach to provide methods, tools and techniques to overcome the obstacles that the team encountered throughout the process. Finally, the resulting projects were presented to an evaluation committee that acted as potential investors. This committee had to choose the project that was most convincing.

Ricard explains the project of his team, which was the winner: “Our product is an electronic device like IPAD-Notebook but focused on the music sector, which allows you through the sound produced by the orchestra or the sound that it produces your instrument to turn the page automatically, recognizing the device automatically by which part of the score you go ”.

Now, the goal of Ricard and his new colleagues is the creation of the company IngenyTonic to design and produce innovative products that help people have an easier life.
