The foundation TecnoCampus Mataró-Maresme and the Maresme County Council they have reached an agreement to jointly promote the Maresme Entrepreneurship Network, which will have the support of the Barcelona Provincial Council. As the president of the TecnoCampus Mataró-Maresme Foundation, Alícia Romero, and the regional councilor for Economic Promotion, Bernat Costas (pictured), explained at a press conference this morning, this new initiative aims to give a better and more wide attention to entrepreneurs in the region who want to boost their business.

The Network will coordinate the activities for people who want to create their own company that are carried out throughout the region, so that the programming is diversified and responds to real needs. We will also work on the itineraries offered to entrepreneurs from the moment they start the process to create a company until they actually create it, and which includes advice in various areas. The municipalities that currently offer this service to entrepreneurs will be able to join the network voluntarily from the moment it is launched.
