S07_2024_PDI_PERM_NUTRI Permanent faculty of HUMAN NUTRITION AND DIET SCIENCES

Selection process to cover 1 position of permanent teaching and research staff (PDI), full-time (30 ECTS) in the following field of knowledge:

• Human nutrition and dietetic sciences

FUNCTIONS TO BE DEVELOPED:

• Design and teaching of subjects in the aforementioned fields of knowledge, preferably in human anatomy and physiology, cell biology and biochemistry.
• Elaboration of the teaching plan of different subjects in the areas of knowledge described.
• Participation in the institution's own tasks as a permanent PDI.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate or Diploma in Human Nutrition and Dietetics. (You must specify this clearly in the CV and provide the degree or proof of payment of the scanned degree).
• Doctorate degree. (You must specify this clearly in the CV and provide the degree or proof of payment of the scanned degree)
• Teaching experience of at least 6 months (This must be clearly specified in the CV and a teaching certificate issued by the center where it has been taught)
• Work experience in the clinical field of at least 3 years (this must be clearly specified in the CV and scanned work certificate(s). The work life certificate is not accepted to justify this concept)
• Applicants must have a level of Catalan that ensures the competence of teachers to participate adequately and correctly in communicative situations that require academic tasks, so that the linguistic rights of students are guaranteed, as provided by decree 128 / 2010, of 14 September, on the accreditation of the linguistic knowledge of the profesorado of the universities of the university system of Catalonia. At the time of signing the contract, the chosen candidate may choose between the accreditation of knowledge or the postponement of this accreditation for a period of two years.

VALUABLE ASPECTS:
The CV of people who meet the essential requirements will be assessed, that is to say, the admitted candidates. The maximum score will be 60 points.

1. University teaching experience in the field of knowledge of the call for more than three years (It must be specified clearly in the CV and it will be certified by means of a teaching certificate issued by the university where it was carried out). Max. 5 points
2. Work experience in the clinical field of more than 3 years (it is necessary to specify this clearly in the CV and provide scanned work certificate/s. The certificate of working life is not accepted to justify this concept). Max. 10 points
3. Competence in English at least equivalent to level B2 according to the MECR  (it must be clearly specified in the CV). Max. 5 points
4. Mastery of the Moodle environment. Max. 5 points
5. AQU / ANECA accreditation. (It must be clearly specified in the CV and provide the scanned accreditation). Max. 15 points
6. Research in the subject area of ​​the call (This must be clearly specified in the CV). Max. 10 points
7. Other merits. The selection committee may assess other elements of the curriculum that it considers a contribution to the profile of the candidate. Max. 10 points

PREVIOUS CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP WITH TECNOCAMPUS. The maximum score will be 15 points.

PRESENTATION - PLACE DEFENSE:
Those who exceed 40 points in the CV assessment phase will be invited to present/defend the position. The maximum score will be 40 points.

In this presentation - defense of a place before the court of the selection committee, the candidate must:

• Present your professional, academic and scientific career (10 minutes). Max. 15 points
• To give a reduced master class on a topic related to the field of knowledge object of this call. The candidate can use audiovisual support to teach the class (max. 20 minutes). Max. 25 points
• Answer the question and answer session of the Selection Committee (10 minutes).

LABOR ASPECTS:

• Employment contract as a full-time permanent teacher 30 ECTS.
• Morning and afternoon hours.

3. Forecast publication list of those admitted and excluded from participation: between 29/4/2024 and 6/5/2024 between 6/5/2024 and 13/5/2024
4. Assessment of accepted candidates by the selection committee from second third week of May 2024. Finalist candidates who go on to the interview phase - defense of position will be notified of the date by email or telephone.
