Final report

Given the need to cover the site of ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND BUSINESS GROWTH TECHNICIAN depending on the Service of Entrepreneurship and Business Growth, the current selection process for Administration and Services Personnel is called.

FUNCTIONS TO BE DEVELOPED

  • Advise entrepreneurs and/or companies participating in the different programs and services in the development of the business plan or growth plan and in accessing financing.
  • Participate in the definition, management and development of entrepreneurship programs with impact and innovative business growth.
  • Deploy the work plan of the programs managed in a coordinated manner with the rest of the team.
  • Design and teach group sessions on business content topics.
  • Represent TecnoCampus in events within its area of ​​competence.
  • Organize networking and dynamism days and activities between the different agents, entrepreneurs and companies participating in the programs, with the aim of promoting the creation of synergies and collaborations between them.
  • Generate and propose digital content for the entrepreneurship and business growth service: website, newsletters, social networks.
  • Propose actions to participate in calls for subsidies and/or aid with national and European public funding funds for the execution of projects, and write the required applications and documentation.
  • Prepare reports, studies and reports on the programs and processes executed with the aim of keeping the scorecards operational and strategic.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree (degree, diploma or equivalent). (It must be certified with the official qualification or payment slip of the official qualification).


VALUABLE ASPECTS
(Only the CV of people who meet the essential requirements and who have therefore been admitted to participation will be assessed. The selection committee will assess the merits of the candidates presented based on the following scoring scales, who will be able to obtain a maximum score of 115 points)

a) Curricular assessment (up to 60 points).

  • Postgraduate, master's or doctorate qualification in areas related to the functions to be carried out, especially in innovation, sustainable and impact entrepreneurship. (It must be certified with the official qualification or payment slip of the official qualification). Up to 10 points.
  • Minimum experience of 3 years in the required functions, especially in aspects related to advice to entrepreneurs and companies, planning and execution of economic promotion programs in the public sphere. (It is necessary to specify this in the CV workplace and main activities carried out in each company). Up to 20 points.
  • Contrasted experience in the use of innovation and entrepreneurship methodologies. (It must be specified in the CV). Up to 10 points.
  • Accredit at least B2 level of English in accordance with the MECR certificates and diplomas table. (You must provide a certificate, diploma or the Pearson Test of English online). Up to 10 points.
  • Proficiency level (C1) in Catalan. (The certificate or title must be provided). Max. 5 points.
  • Other merits. The committee may assess other elements of the curriculum that it deems appropriate. Max. 5 points.

b) Prior contractual relationship with TecnoCampus (up to 15 points).

c) Personal interview (up to 40 points)
Only candidates who have passed 40 points in the CV assessment phase + previous contractual relationship with Tecnocampus will be invited to an interview.
Part of the interview will be in English and language fluency will be assessed.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Employment contract linked to competitively funded projects, full-time and with immediate incorporation.
  •  The professional group is Technician category A2 according to the current labor agreement. Basic salary of €34.722 gross per year.
  • For the achievement of objectives and development of skills up to €612 gross per year.
  • 37,5 hours a week.
  • 28 days of vacation per full year.

  • Estimated publication of the provisional list of those admitted and excluded from participation: between 21/5/2024 and 24/5/2024
  • Evaluation of the admitted candidates by the selection committee: from the last week of May 2024. Candidates who make it to the interview stage will be notified of the date of the interview by email and/or phone.
