Call for selection of part-time associate PDI to teach in the following field of knowledge:

PROGRAMMING, DEVELOPMENT AND TECHNOLOGY

FUNCTIONS TO BE DEVELOPED:

  • Design and teaching of subjects assigned to the field of knowledge object of the call.
  • Elaboration of the teaching plan of the subjects in the field object of the announcement.
  • Advise the degree coordinator in achieving the associated teaching quality objectives.
  • Own functions of the Research Teaching Staff of the Tecnocampus.
  • Final Degree Project Tutoring (TFG).


ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • University qualification of Bachelor, Graduate or Engineer. (You must specify this clearly in the CV and provide the scanned title).
  • Have a main work activity other than possible teaching at TecnoCampus. (This requirement will be checked and the non-compliance contract will not be formalized).


VALUABLE ASPECTS OF THE CV. 

The CV of the people who meet the essential requirements and who have therefore been admitted to participation will be valued. The maximum score will be 60 points.

  • Be in possession of a doctoral degree. (It must be clearly specified in the CV and provide the scanned title). Max. 10 points
  • English language competence. (It must be clearly specified in the CV and provide the scanned title). Max. 10 points
  • University teaching experience and others. (It must be clearly specified in the CV and it will be accredited by means of a teaching certificate issued by the university / others where it has been carried out. This documentation must be provided scanned). Max. 15 points
  • Professional experience in the field of related knowledge. (This must be clearly specified in the CV) Max. 20 points
  • The selection committee may assess other elements of the curriculum that it considers a contribution to the candidate's profile. Max. 5 points

ASPECTS VALUABLE IN THE INTERVIEW. 

Those people who exceed 40 points in the CV assessment phase will be called for an interview. The maximum score will be 40 points.

  • CV presentation by the candidate.
  • Interview of the selection committee with the candidate.
  • Fluency in Catalan, Spanish and English, spoken and written.


WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Incorporation during the academic year 2024-25.
  • Contract as a part-time associate professor (<20 ECTS).


PROCESS ORIENTATIVE CALENDAR 

  • Publication of the announcement: 3/9/2024
  • Submission of applications until the day: 25/9/2024
  • Forecast publication list of those admitted and excluded from participation: between 26/9/2024 and 3/10/2024
  • Evaluation of the candidates accepted by the selection committee from the second week of October 2024. Finalist candidates who go on to the interview phase will be notified of the date of the interview by email or phone
