Call for selection of associate professor part-time to teach in the following field of knowledge:

Image, TV and cinema

And specifically, for the teaching of the subjects:

  • Lighting
  • Photographic equipment and techniques
  • Photographic projects
  • Camera techniques
  • Documentary photography I
  • Nocturnality and culture: night lighting


FUNCTIONS TO BE DEVELOPED:

  • Design and teaching of subjects assigned to the field of knowledge subject to the call for the degree in Audiovisual Media.
  • Elaboration of the teaching plan of the subjects in the field object of the announcement.
  • Advise the degree coordinator in achieving the associated teaching quality objectives.
  • Own functions of the Research Teaching Staff of the Tecnocampus.
  • Final Degree Project Tutoring (TFG).


ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree of Bachelor, Graduate or Engineer. (It must be clearly specified in the CV and provide the scanned title)
  • Have a main work activity other than possible teaching at TecnoCampus. (This requirement will be checked and the non-compliance contract will not be formalized).


VALUABLE ASPECTS OF THE CV. The CV of the people who meet the essential requirements and who have therefore been admitted to participation will be valued. The maximum score will be 60 points.

  • Be in possession of a doctoral degree. (It must be clearly specified in the CV and provide the scanned title). Max. 8 points
  • AQU / ANECA accreditation. (It must be clearly specified in the CV and provide the scanned accreditation). Max. 2 points
  • Be in possession of a specialized master's degree in the related field. Max. 5 points
  • English language competence. (It must be clearly specified in the CV and provide the scanned title). Max. 5 points
  • University teaching experience and others. (It must be clearly specified in the CV and it will be accredited by means of a teaching certificate issued by the university / others where it has been carried out. This documentation must be provided scanned). Max. 20 points
  • Professional experience in the related field. (This must be clearly specified in the CV) Max. 20 points

ASPECTS VALUABLE IN THE INTERVIEW. Those people who exceed 40 points in the CV assessment phase will be called for an interview. The maximum score will be 40 points.

  • CV presentation by the candidate.
  • Interview of the selection committee with the candidate.
  • Fluency in Catalan, Spanish and English, spoken and written.


WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Incorporation during the academic year 2024-25.
  • Contract as a part-time associate professor (<20 ECTS).


ORIENTATIVE CALENDAR

  1. Publication of the announcement: 20/11/2024
  2. Submission of applications online until: 6/1/2025
  3. Forecast publication of the list of those admitted and excluded from participation: between 7/1/2025 and 14/1/2025
  4. Evaluation of the CV of candidates admitted from the second half of 2025. Finalist candidates who exceed 40 points in the CV evaluation phase and who proceed to the presentation phase will be notified from the date of the interview/presentation by email and/or telephone.
