Given the need to cover the site of RESPONSIBLE FOR BUSINESS INNOVATION depending on the Area of Transfer, Innovation and Enterprise, the present process of selection of technical personnel for management, administration and services is called.
FUNCTIONS TO BE DEVELOPED:
- Research and analyze market trends, emerging technologies and innovation opportunities in different sectors prioritized by TecnoCampus to propose and design new projects to push from the TecnoCampus to improve technological and innovation advisory and support services for companies and entrepreneurs in Mataró and the Maresme region.
- Plan, coordinate and lead the activities related to the projects and advisory services to entrepreneurs and companies assigned to the business innovation unit of the TecnoCampus.
- Follow up projects by controlling resources, including budget management and the distribution of tasks between the teams involved.
- Achieve the quantitative and qualitative indicators and objectives of the Business Innovation unit and services set by the Management. Analyze results and deviations to guarantee the quality of the services provided and apply improvements as appropriate.
- Analyze the impact of the projects on the participating companies, preparing evaluation reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the TecnoCampus communication and marketing team by proposing content to develop dissemination materials (such as articles, success stories or reports, to share good practices in innovation and technology) in order to publicize the projects of innovation and its milestones through internal and external channels at TecnoCampus.
- Establish and maintain internal relationships and collaborations with TecnoCampus university departments and research groups, and external with companies, startups, technology centers, other universities, innovation hubs, networks and platforms to promote innovation in Catalonia to generate synergies .
- Identify partners and participate in the preparation and presentation of collaboration proposals with them, promoting networking and collaboration opportunities that strengthen TecnoCampus' position within the innovation ecosystem.
- Drafting technical reports, resolutions and memos of the areas of competence of the service he leads, especially those related to raise external funding and justification of funded projects.
- Advise the services and departments of the TecnoCampus in matters of business innovation.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- University qualification (Bachelor or master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Innovation, Information Technologies or related fields). (It must be certified with the official degree).
- Fluency in Catalan and oral and written Spanish. (This aspect will be checked during the interview phase).
VALUABLE ASPECTS
Only the CV of people who meet the essential requirements and who have therefore been admitted to participation will be assessed. The selection committee will assess the merits of the candidates presented based on the following scoring scales, who will be able to obtain a maximum score of 115 points.
a) Curricular evaluation (up to 60 points).
- Double degree university degree, postgraduate or master's degree in areas related to the workplace. (It must be certified with the official qualification). Max. 15 points
- Minimum of 3 years previous experience in the management of business innovation support services, especially in technological environments. (The job and main activities carried out in each company must be specified in the CV). Max. 25 points
- Technical knowledge in the field of technology and/or business innovation methodologies (This must be clearly specified in the CV). Max. 10 points
- Advanced English language proficiency minimum B2 in accordance with the table of MECR certificates and diplomas. Max. 10 points
b) Prior contractual relationship with TecnoCampus (up to 15 points).
c) Personal interview (up to 40 points).
Only candidates who have passed the 40 points in headings a) ib) will be invited to an interview.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Indefinite full-time employment.
- The professional group consists of category A1 technicians with the position of Manager according to the current labor agreement of the TecnoCampus.
- 37,5 hours a week.
- Availability to travel.

- Forecast publication list of those admitted and excluded from participation: between 7/1/2025 and 14/1/2025
- Interviews from the second half of January 2025. Finalist candidates who move on to the interview phase will be notified of the date of the interview by email or phone.
