Given the need to cover the site of PEOPLE MANAGEMENT TECHNICIAN depending on the service of PEOPLE MANAGEMENT, the current selection process for Management, Administration and Services Technical Personnel is called.
FUNCTIONS TO BE DEVELOPED:
- Propose, manage and monitor external services related to internal training and staff development.
- Propose and manage personnel selection processes (the publication of the offer, the evaluation of candidates and the communication of the results of the process).
- Propose and manage the Internal Training Plan (detection of training needs, management of the resulting training activities, from the recruitment of teachers to communication, management of registrations, management of aid and payment of the training provided and final assessment).
- Manage, propose and implement measures in terms of social benefits (both financial and services and/or reconciliation of work and personal life) for the TecnoCampus staff.
- Propose and manage the welcome processes by providing each new employee with all the information on the operation and organization of the TecnoCampus as well as on their rights and labor duties.
- Propose, develop protocols, put into operation, monitor and periodically evaluate applications and procedures to improve the development of people and other aspects related to people management.
- Act as backup in labor administration processes.
- Manage labor administrative functions: certificates, labor information linked to projects, etc.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum qualification of a higher education cycle, Professional Training or similar or its equivalent in accordance with current educational legislation. (It must be certified with the official qualification).
VALUABLE ASPECTS:
Only the CV of people who meet the essential requirements and who have therefore been admitted to participation will be assessed. The selection committee will assess the merits of the candidates presented based on the following scoring scales, who will be able to obtain a maximum score of 115 points.
a) Curricular assessment (up to 60 points).
- University qualification such as psychology, pedagogy, labor relations, law, ADE and others related to the functions to be developed. (It must be certified with the official qualification or payment slip of the official qualification. ). Max. 6 points
- Postgraduate or master's degree in areas related to the functions to be carried out. (It must be certified with the official qualification or payment slip of the official qualification). Max. 5 points
- Specific training in areas related to the functions to be developed. (The corresponding degree or certificate must be attached). Max. 2 points
- Experience in the functions required in labor matters. (It is necessary to specify this in the CV workplace and main activities carried out in each company). Max. 6 points
- Experience in the required roles in people development. (It is necessary to specify this in the CV workplace and main activities carried out in each company). Max. 18 points
- Training and/or experience with data analysis techniques and methodologies (Excel, Power BI, etc.) (This must be clearly specified in the CV) Max. 8 points
- Accreditation of the level of proficiency (C1) in Catalan. Max. 5 points
- English language competence. Max. 5 points
- Other merits. The committee may assess other elements of the curriculum that it deems appropriate. Max. 5 points
b) Prior contractual relationship with TecnoCampus (up to 15 points).
PERSONAL INTERVIEW (up to 40 points)
Only candidates who have passed the 40 points in the CV assessment phase + previous contractual relationship with TecnoCampus will be invited to an interview.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Full-time employment.
- Immediate Incorporation.
- The professional group is B1 category technician according to the TecnoCampus current labor agreement.
- Annual gross salary of €32.525.
- 37,5 hours a week.

- Interviews from the end of January 2025. Finalist candidates who move on to the interview phase will be notified of the date of the interview by email or telephone.
