Erasmus + provides for the possibility for academic staff (PDI) and administration and services staff (PAS) to carry out professional experience in another country.

In the framework of the European Higher Education Area, Tecnocampus considers internationalization as a relevant factor as a key element of quality orientation; consequently, this initiative is promoted in order to develop models capable of responding to new expectations.

The object of this call is, in the case of PDI, the teaching of a higher education institution in another country; in the case of Administrative staff, the stay in training in a higher education institution in another country participating in the Program (the 28 member states of the European Union, the 3 countries that make up the European Economic Area —Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway— as well as Turkey, Northern Macedonia and Serbia).

The purpose of these grants is to:

  • Support the acquisition of skills and improve staff development and employability.
  • Improve foreign language competence.
  • Increase awareness and understanding of other cultures and countries, offering the opportunity to build networks of international contacts.
  • Increase the capacities, attractiveness and international dimension of the participating institutions.
