Erasmus+ foresees the possibility for academic staff (PDI) and administration and service staff (PTGAS) to carry out a professional experience in another country.
In the framework of the European Higher Education Area, Tecnocampus considers internationalization as a relevant factor as a key element of quality orientation; consequently, this initiative is promoted in order to develop models capable of responding to new expectations.
The object of this call is, in the case of PDI, the teaching of a higher education institution in another country; in the case of PTGAS, the stay in training in a higher education institution in another country participating in the Program (the 28 member states of the European Union, the 3 countries that make up the European Economic Area —Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway— as well as Turkey, Northern Macedonia and Serbia).
The purpose of these grants is to:
The call is addressed to all Teaching and Research Staff (PDI) and Administration and Services Staff (PTGAS) of TecnoCampus that meets the following requirements:
The stays that are the subject of this call can be made between the period between the approval of these bases and July 31, 2026 or fwe are about to exhaust the budget of the call.
The duration of the activity will be a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 5 days + 2 days of financed travel. In addition, in the case of Teaching and Research Staff, the teaching provided must be as at least 8 teaching hours per week , or less than 4 teaching hours when a period of training is also included in teacher mobility.
The destinations available are those with which TecnoCampus has signed an Erasmus Agreement valid for the 2024-25 academic year, which includes the exchange of PDI and PTGAS for the department and area to which the applicant belongs. The available destinations can be found in the following Web page.
Exceptionally, destinations other than those specified in the link above may be requested. However, in these cases it will be necessary to sign an Erasmus Bilateral Agreement with the host institution prior to the stay, including the proposed mobility.
In no case will the same person enjoy two scholarships in the same call.
For the 2024-2025 academic year, 6 mobility grants will be announced under the Erasmus + program.
The maximum allowance that can be obtained per stay will be the result of the calculation of your travel and subsistence expenses, which will be calculated as follows:
Travel: Amount to be received, depending on the distance (in km.):
To calculate the distance in kilometers from the workplace to the destination city, the distance will be used distance calculator proposed by the European Commission.
* The amount allocated is not in terms of mileage traveled, but rather the distance that separates both institutions.
Maintenance *: Costs directly related to the stay of the participants during the activity. The amounts will depend on the destination country:
Group 1 (120 € / day): Germany Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Norway, the Netherlands and Sweden.
Group 2 (105 € / day): Czech Republic, Cyprus, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia,, Greece, Latvia, Malta, Portugal.
Group 3 (90 € / day): Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Lithuania, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Serbia and Turkey.

*It is important to bear in mind that Erasmus grants are mobility aid; in any case, it is ensured that all expenses are covered.
Mobility grants for Erasmus + teaching and training are incompatible with other grants from the European Union, but allow co-financing with other funds.
The beneficiary will be responsible for the processing and payment, where applicable, of the common health, accident and contingency insurance policies or any other that is compulsorily required by the receiving institution.
THE ERASMUS SCHOLARSHIP PROVIDES FUNDING FOR A MAXIMUM OF 5 DAYS + 2 FUNDED TRAVEL DAYS.
The deadline for submitting applications within this call will be from the beginning of its publication until the budget is exhausted.

In order to apply for a mobility grant, you must follow the steps below:
* This documentation, which you will find at the bottom of the page, must be submitted to the International relationships within the established period.
Once the application period has ended and as long as the available scholarships and the budget of the call have not been exhausted, new mobility applications submitted outside the deadline will be accepted.
The presentation of an application in this announcement entails the acceptance of the applicant of all the conditions and obligations established in these bases.
