Mobility for PDI and PTGAS

Erasmus + provides for the possibility for academic staff (PDI) and administrative and service staff (PTGAS) to carry out a professional experience in a higher education institution in another country participating in the Programme or in an associated country.

The purpose of this call is:

  • ​Mobilities for carrying out a teaching program, addressed to teaching and learning staff.
  • Mobilities for carrying out a training program, aimed at both PTGAS and PDI.

*IMPORTANT: If the mobility is linked to a BIP, the International Office must be informed.

The call is aimed at all TecnoCampus PDI and PTGAS who meet the following requirements:

  • ​Be in possession of the nationality of a country participating in the Erasmus+ Program or of third countries.
  • Be in possession of an employment contract with the TecnoCampus Foundation during the course of the mobility, both at the time of making the application and at the time of carrying out the mobility.
  • Obtain, prior to the application, the acceptance of the host institution where the stay will take place. To this end, the home and host institutions will agree, prior to mobility, a Mobility Agreement that includes the activities that the TecnoCampus worker will carry out at the destination institution.
  • Obtain the European Health Insurance Card for mobility.
  • PDI: provide teaching within an official curriculum at TecnoCampus during the academic year
  • PTGAS: obtain authorization from your superior.

The stays of this call may be carried out from the approval of the call bases. until July 31, 2026 or until the call budget is exhausted.

​The duration of the activity will be a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 5 days + 2 days of funded travel. In addition, in the case of Teaching and Research Staff, the teaching carried out must be at least 8 teaching hours per week or 4 teaching hours when a training period is also included in the teaching mobility.

Under no circumstances may the same person receive two scholarships in the same call.

The maximum grant that can be obtained per stay will be the result of the calculation of travel and living expenses, which will be calculated as follows:

Travel: Amount to be received for standard trip, depending on the distance (in km) calculated through the program calculator​In the case of ecological travel**, other amounts will be charged depending on the distance (in km):  

  • Between 10 and 99 km: 23 €
  • Between 100 and 499 km: €211
  • Between 500 and 1.999 km: 309 €
  • Between 2.000 and 2.999 km: 395 €
  • Between 3.000 and 3.999 km: 580 €
  • Between 4.000 and 7.999 km: 1188 €
  • Between 8.000 or more: 1735 €

* The amount allocated is not in terms of mileage traveled, but rather the distance that separates both institutions.

** Travel to the destination country using low-emission transport for the main part of the journey (e.g. bus, rail or carpooling) will be considered an eco-friendly trip. Beneficiaries must have documentary proof of having done so.

Maintenance: Costs directly related to the participants' stay during the activity. The amounts will depend on the country of destination, according to the group indicated:

  • Group 1 (120€/day): Germany Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Norway, the Netherlands and Sweden.​
  • Group 2 (105€/day):​​ Czech Republic, Cyprus, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Malta, Portugal.
  • Group 3 (€90/day):​ Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Lithuania, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Serbia and Turkey. 

*In the event that the travel days fall outside the period in which the program will take place, two extra days may be added, which will be added to the amount of the grant following the allocations of the Erasmus+ program.

*It is important to note that Erasmus scholarships are a mobility aid; in no case is it ensured that all expenses are covered.

In order to apply for a mobility grant, you must follow the steps below:

  1. Fill out the mobility application
  2. Present the authorization signed by the head of studies or the head of department
  3. Present the "Mobility Agreement" document duly completed and signed by the host institution according to the type of stay.
  4. ​Photocopy of the European Health Insurance Card​​​​​​

*This documentation must be submitted to the department of International Relations within the established period.

Once the application period has ended and as long as the available scholarships and the budget of the call have not been exhausted, new mobility applications submitted outside the deadline will be accepted.

The presentation of an application in this announcement entails the acceptance of the applicant of all the conditions and obligations established in these bases.
