A new residence for students in the heart of the TecnoCampus

The TecnoCampus has a student residence for all those people who want to develop their studies and are far from their usual residence. It is about the Atenea Living University Residence.

With the residence you will be able to enjoy all the ins and outs of university life at TecnoCampus that little bit more. Also, it will be a meeting point between people from different regions. This will allow you to strengthen your university identity, and in addition, offer you the opportunity to meet other university students from around the world.

 

 

 

 

Discount for 2024-2025 academic year:

For all students enrolled in the TecnoCampus, €150 discount on the first monthly payment, corresponding to 50% of the registration price.

  • Floors 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6

    They are levels 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, where there are the bedrooms, rooms of the cleaning service, stairs and elevators.

  • Loft on level 1

    Here you will find the multipurpose room, study rooms, coffee corner, dining room, games area, stairs and elevators

  • Ground floor

    The ground floor has an area open to the public and another private area for residents.
    In the part open to the public there is the cafeteria with kitchen service and outdoor terrace, access to the student residence and bathroom
    In the private area there is the laundry, personal area with dining room, stairs and elevators.

  • The residence consists of 7 floors
  • in the building at c/ Jaume Vivens Vives, 3. 08302 - Mataró. (see it on Google Maps)
  • Between TCM1 building (the main building of the TecnoCampus) and TCM6
  • Regulation of internal behavior regime and Admission criteria.
Durations:
  • 10 months: from September 1 to June 30
  • Short stay of less than 10 months

 

Residence grant:

4 bursary places are offered for TecnoCampus students for a full year (10 months), in a double room with a 20% discount on the price, without any registration costs. The call process will open soon. 

Distribution of the 60 rooms:

The residence is composed of:

  • 40 individual bedrooms (2 of them are for people with reduced mobility)
  • 20 double bedrooms
  • 2 triple bedrooms

In total there are 60 rooms and capacity for 82 people.
