Purpose
Reopen a closed file for file transfer.
Who can apply
Only students who once requested the transfer of the file and therefore have their file closed and want to resume their abandoned studies must apply for reinstatement.
It is an essential requirement not to have exhausted in any case the permanence regime of the UPF.
