International Business Consultant specialized in trade promotion, market analysis and strategy for Small and Medium enterprises (SME) and Public Institutions. I have been involved in competitiveness and institutional development projects funded by EU and IADB. Lecturer in different universities and in-company in the field of business strategy and international business. Specialties: In-depth SME development experience (both in developed and emerging countries), promoting commercial and industrial competitiveness, innovation, marketing and international trade. Deep knowledge and experience in issues related to business cooperation, project and program management. Hands on experience in innovation management. Interested in entrepreneurship and start-up projects
