Graduated in Biochemistry and Biomedical Sciences from the University of Valencia in 2016; Interuniversity Master in Nutrition and Metabolism from the Rovira i Virgili University and the University of Barcelona in 2017, and Doctorate in Food and Nutrition from the University of Barcelona in 2022.
She has participated in more than 5 projects, public R&D with competitive funding and article 83 contracts, participating both in the presentation of proposals for obtaining funding and in the writing of supporting reports. As a result of her participation in these works, she has published 16 articles in indexed journals and is co-author of two book chapters in indexed publications.
He has taught in the Degrees of Pharmacy, Culinary and Gastronomic Sciences, Human Nutrition and Dietetics and Food Science and Technology of the University of Barcelona, in charge of the subjects of Human Nutrition, Principles of Nutrition and Dietetics, Nutrition and Bromatology and TFG as well as Technical English in the Higher Degree Training Cycle in Healthcare Documentation and Administration of the Hospital del Mar FP Sanitària Institute.
