PhD in Economics from the University of Barcelona. Professor of Transport Economics, Logistics and Procurement, Storage and Distribution and Land Transport. He has participated in competitive projects: Stumbling twice over the same stone: Bankruptcy of toll motorways and costs for taxpayers and users (January 2015) together with Daniel Alabalate and Germa Bel, with the sport of the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness project (ECO2012-38004 ), the General Secretariat for Research of the Government of Catalonia (project SGR2014-325) and the ICREA-Academia program.
