Checklist of your practices

1. Insurance and TSE

Any student going abroad is responsible for having their own health coverage and from civil liability, which is required. Take out insurance with Batlle Insurance Group o Oncampus, with whom UPF has an agreement to ensure that you leave with the necessary mandatory coverage. 

Also, if you travel in Europe, you must have the European Health Insurance Card and check your health coverage in the destination country. Once you have it, send us a copy of the insurance and the European Health Insurance Card to rrii@tecnocampus.cat.

2. Visa

Check if you need to obtain a visa on the website of Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

3. Responsible declaration

Take the Declaration of Responsibility and send it by email to rrii@tecnocampus.cat.

4. Financial agreement

If you have been awarded a Erasmus+ Internship scholarship, you will receive the financial agreement by email (via Adobe Sign), specifying the scholarship you are eligible for and the terms and conditions for receiving it. You will need to sign it digitally.

Only you will be able to sign the document; no other person may be authorized to do so.

*If you have not been awarded any scholarship, you will not have to complete this procedure.

Once you arrive at your destination university, ask the international office to fill out, sign and stamp this form and send it by email to rrii@tecnocampus.cat with the subject “Certificate of arrival – Surnames, First name”.

*Until we receive the document, we cannot pay you the scholarship if you are awarded it.

1. Certificate of stay

Ask the destination company to fill out, sign and seal the residence certificate and send it to rrii@tecnocampus.cat. 

2. EU report

Students with Erasmus+ Scholarship: the European Commission will send you a final report that you must fill out once you arrive here (a survey about your mobility). If you do not complete the report, the 30% payment will not be made and the rest of the grant received may be claimed from you.
