Erasmus + Internships

Erasmus + Internships is a program that aims to promote student mobility in internships in companies and institutions in the participating countries:

  •       Member States of the European Union (EU)
  •       Member States of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA)
  •       Member States of the European Economic Area (EEA)

In this way, the student can acquire knowledge of the European labor market and improve their understanding of the economic and social environment, while gaining work experience and enriching their curriculum. In addition, they will have the opportunity to work in a multicultural environment that will allow them to grow personally and improve their language level.

Privacy Policy

To be able to apply for the Erasmus Internship place, you must meet the following requirements:

  1. Be enrolled at TecnoCampus when applying for a second year or higher. However, you can do an Erasmus+ internship once you have graduated. The European Commission allows a period of 12 months from the date of graduation for the student to do the internship. (recent graduate mode). But the scholarship is due apply while the student is still enrolled in the TecnoCampus
  2. Hold the nationality from one of the participating States within the Erasmus+ program. Students from third countries who can prove possession of a valid permit to reside in Spain during the mobility period will be able to participate.
  3. Not simultaneously benefiting from an Erasmus+ scholarship Studies. It will be possible to enjoy both types of Erasmus scholarship, as long as they do not exceed 12 months and the stay is carried out consecutively, that is, they cannot coincide in dates.
  4. Adequacy of practices to the student's profile and academic curriculum.

Places are awarded based on theorder of arrival, until the available budget is exhausted each year. In the event that applications overlap, the selection will be carried out on a first-come, first-served basis. competitive competition, in accordance with the following application evaluation criteria:

  • Average grade of the file that the student has open at the time of making their request. This average score is calculated on a scale of 0 to 10.
  • It will be assessedaccreditation of language knowledge work experience at the host company. Only official certificates in accordance with the AGAUR table, including the language proficiency test (PCCL) of the UPF: up to 0,5 points.
  • In case of a tie, preference will be given to the student with more credits overcome.

Internships must last minimum of 2 months and maximum of 12 months. If you have already done another Erasmus mobility (either for studies or internships), the total sum of all stays cannot exceed 12 months at the same level of studies.

Students who have been selected during the last year of their degree must complete the internship during the period ofone year from obtaining the degree.

Students who benefit from an Erasmus+ Internship place may receive an EU grant as a contribution to their travel and living expenses during the internship period abroad.

IMPORT

The total amount of the scholarship will depend on the host country, and will be calculated according to the following table:

  • Group 1 (€500 / month): Germany Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Norway, the Netherlands and Sweden.
  • Group 2 (€450 / month): Czech Republic, Cyprus, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia,, Greece, Latvia, Malta, Portugal.
  • Group 3 (€400 / month): Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Lithuania, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Serbia and Turkey. 

Students who have received a general scholarship from the MECD during the academic year prior to mobility, their aid will be increased in 250 € / month.

*Internship stays will be financed for a maximum of 2 months, which may be extended up to a maximum of 12 months in the event that the entire amount awarded by SEPIE is not used up.

 

COMPATIBILITY WITH OTHER SCHOLARSHIPS

The Erasmus + Internship scholarship is compatible with the Erasmus + scholarship for studies, as long as they are NOT performed / enjoyed simultaneously.

It is also compatible with other possible co-financings such as the AGAUR MOBINT scholarship, other national scholarships and any other remuneration that the student receives from the chosen company or institution.

You can do your internship in companies, training centers, research centers, universities and other organizations that are located in any of the 27 EU member states (except Spain), in addition to Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway , Turkey and Croatia.

They will not be considered eligible host entities:

  • EU institutions and bodies
  • Specialized EU agencies
  • Organizations that manage community programs (such as the Erasmus program itself)

Apply for a position

Important dates of the call for the academic year 2025-26.

  • Submission of applications: from the approval of the bases and until the allocated budget is used up.
  • Publication of the provisional decision on the granting of places: From 15 days after the first award.
  • Deadline to present allegations: 7 calendar days from the publication of the award.

To apply for the Erasmus + internship scholarship you must have spoken with the chosen company and send the following documentation to rrii@tecnocampus.cat maximum 2 months before starting the internship.

Once you have spoken to the company, fill out the request and send it by email to rrii@tecnocampus.cat.  

You must obtain authorization from your center, through the internship coordinator, to carry out the stay, in accordance with the TecnoCampus internship regulations. This authorization will be granted after a positive assessment of a training project agreed with the host organization. 

This assessment is made through the Learning Agreement, a tripartite academic agreement between the company, TecnoCampus and the student, which regulates the main aspects of the internship and the commitments of each party.
