Beatriz Pérez Zapata holds a PhD in English Studies from the University of Zaragoza. His research focuses on contemporary postcolonial literature, refugee literature, trauma and memory, and postcolonial video games. He is currently an associate professor of English at the Tecnocampus and an English teacher in the degree of Primary Education at the International University of Valencia.
